The real cost of one lost boot

Regular dog booties are held on by a strip of Velcro at the paw. One good run in deep snow and you're walking back along the trail looking for it.

Lost in the snow

Lose one boot and the other three are useless. Most people buy a new set — or give up.

Dog licking its paw

Salt on bare paws

Road salt and de-icer dry out paw pads, and your dog licks off whatever is left.

Wet, muddy ground on a winter walk

20 minutes at the door

Slush, ice balls and mud in the leg fur — then the towel, the floor, the couch.

The problem isn't the boot. It's what holds it on.

Meet SnowLegs™: held up from the back, not the paw

A soft strap system runs over your dog's back and connects all four leg covers. The boots hang from above, so there's nothing at the paw to slip off — and the whole leg stays covered from paw to upper leg.

01 · STAYS ON

Zoomies-proof, by design

All four boots are linked by straps over the back. When your dog runs, jumps or digs, the boots move with the body instead of twisting off the paw.

02 · FULL-LEG COVER

Clean legs, not just clean paws

Water-resistant PU covers run from paw to upper leg, so snow, slush, salt and mud stay on the gear. Take SnowLegs off at the door and the mess comes off with them.

03 · ANTI-SLIP SOLES

Grip on wet and packed snow

Textured anti-slip soles help on wet sidewalks and packed snow, and keep paw pads off salted pavement. (They're not ice cleats — take it slow on glare ice.)

04 · ADJUSTABLE FIT

Set it once, on in about a minute

Slide each leg in, bring the straps over the back, clip and adjust. Leave enough room to fit two fingers under the straps. After the first fitting, it takes about a minute.

Questions, answered

Will they really stay on when my dog runs?

That's what the strap system is for. The boots hang from straps over the back instead of relying on Velcro at the paw, so they move with your dog. Adjust the straps snug — you should fit two fingers underneath. Every dog moves differently, so if something doesn't fit right, email us and we'll help you adjust it.

Will my dog accept them?

Most dogs high-step for the first few minutes — that's normal. Let your dog wear SnowLegs indoors for 5–10 minutes a day with treats for 2–3 days before the first snowy walk. Most dogs settle in quickly.

How long does it take to put them on?

A few minutes the first time while you set the strap length. After that, about a minute: legs in, straps over the back, clip.

Do they grip on ice?

The anti-slip soles help on wet sidewalks and packed snow. They are not ice cleats, so take it slow on glare ice.

Will they keep my dog warm?

SnowLegs keep snow, slush and salt off your dog's legs and paws, which helps them stay dry. They are not an insulated boot and have no temperature rating. In very cold weather, pair them with a dog coat and keep walks short.

Are they waterproof?

The leg covers are water-resistant: they keep snow, slush and mud off on normal walks. They are not made for swimming or standing in deep water.

What if I pick the wrong size?

Use the size finder above and measure before ordering — it takes 30 seconds. Not sure? Email support@thmavenue.com with your dog's chest and paw measurements and we'll confirm the size before you order.

How do I wash them?

Rinse off salt and mud after walks, or hand wash with mild soap. Hang to dry. Don't machine dry.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you get a free exchange or a full refund — your choice. If we need the item back, we cover the return shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in about 7–12 business days in the US, with tracking. Winter Kits ship free; orders under $60 have a $5.99 shipping fee.
